Възможности за подобряване на точността на измерване на скоростта във физическото възпитание и спорта

Abstract: Цел: Целта на нашето изследване е да се сравни точността на измерванията с помощта на електронен хронометър и системата за измерване на времето при теста спринт на 30 метра. Материали и методи: В изследването участваха общо 23 ученици на възраст 16 ± 0,5 години. Използвани са следните методи: информационно проучване, математически и статистически методи (t-тестове на Стюдънт за зависими извадки), потвърдителен педагогически експеримент с теста спринт на 30 метра, теоретичен анализ и синтез. Дискусия: Скоростта е едно от фундаменталните двигателни качества на човека, като разстоянието се измерва в секунди. Резултатите от изследването показват, че средното време е 4,86 секунди при измерване с помощта на системата за измерване на времето и 5,17 секунди при измерване с помощта на електронния хронометър. Всичко това показва, че когато представянето на учениците се измерва и впоследствие оценява с помощта на електронен хронометър, резултатите ще бъдат по-слаби, а оценките по-ниски. Заключения: Трябва да се използват съвременни устройства за измерване на скоростта във физическото възпитание и спорта, за да се подобри обективността и точността.
