Оценка на ефективността на микроциркулацията на кръвта и физиологичния профил при активни хора

Abstract: Цел: Изследването имаше за цел да оцени функционалния профил и да установи микроциркулаторния статус чрез оценка на изходните биомаркери и измененията в кожната температурата по време на тест за локално нагряване, параметри, измерени при здрави индивиди и студенти след физическо натоварване. Материали и методи: Изследвахме кръвното налягане и приложихме тестовете за локално нагряване, за да изследваме състоянието на микросъдовата система и способността на организма да се адаптира към стресови фактори на околната среда. Резултати: Резултатите показват, че докато повечето индивиди показват оптимални параметри на микроциркулацията, фактори като начина на живот, индекса на телесна маса (ИТМ) и статус на хидратация, също играят значителна роля. Участниците с по-високи стойности на ИТМ показаха леко повишение на кръвното налягане. Дискусия: Ендотелната функция е по-стабилна при жените, което предполага потенциална защитна роля на хормоналните или поведенческите влияния. Заключение: Данните показват необходимост от проактивно наблюдение и промоция на здравето, дори при млада популация. Чрез идентифициране на ранни отклонения от физиологичната норма, това проучване подкрепя превенцията на дългосрочен сърдечно-съдов риск.
