Моделиране ефекта на ъгъла на върха на свредлото върху температурата и разпределението на напрежението в долната челюст

Abstract: Цел: Наскоро проблемът с натрупването на топлина в отвор за пробиване на долната челюст беше изследван с помощта на експериментални и числени методи. Диаметърът на свредлото, дълбочината на отвора и ъгълът на пробиване са основните фактори, влияещи върху индуцираната топлина в долната челюст. Материали и методи: В това проучване проектирахме три глави на свредлото с ъгли от 70, 90 и 118 градуса и моделирахме геометрията на долната челюст въз основа на специфични за пациента данни. Всички модели бяха оценени за действителни гранични условия и приложени сили. След това моделите бяха анализирани с помощта на метода на крайните елементи със софтуера Abacus. Резултати: Числовите резултати показаха, че ъгъл на свредлото от 70 градуса води до по-ниско нагряване на долната челюст и по-ниско напрежение в сравнение с други ъгли. За пробиване на кост се препоръчва свредло с по-остър ъгъл. Освен това, максималната температура намалява с намаляване на скоростта на пробиване и дълбочината на отвора за пробиване. Дискусия: Напрежението и температурата в костта се увеличават с ъгъла на свредлото. Напрежението обаче е концентрирано предимно около зоната на рязане. Заключения: Моделът е полезен за определяне на оптималния ъгъл на свредлото за геометрията на свредлото.
