Метод за оценка на ексцентричната сила на ишиокруралната мускулатура при 1516-годишни футболисти

Abstract: Цел: Целта на проучването беше да се провери надеждността на разработен метод за изследване на ексцентричната сила на ишиокруралната мускулатура. Методика: Контингент на изследването бяха футболисти на 15–16-годишна възраст (n = 20). За да се провери надеждността на методa, експерименталната част се състоя от две тестови сесии за всеки участник, проведени в два отделни дни през 48 часа. За оценка на тест-ретест надеждността и за проверка възпроизводимостта на данните от двете сесии, беше използван Интраклас корелационен коефициент (ИКК). Резултати: Резултатите от двете сесии показват ИКК от 0.81 за десен крак и 0.89 за ляв, което е много добра оценка за възпроизводимостта на данните и показва надеждността на експерименталния метод при оценка на ексцентричната сила на ишиокруралната мускулатура. Доверителните граници при 95% доверителен интервал са съответно 0.546 – 0.929 за десен крак и 0.677 – 0.953 за ляв крак. Стандартната грешка на измерване е 35.18 (N) за десен и 36.16 (N) за ляв крак. Минимално откриваемата промяна e 68.97 (N) за десен крак и 70.88 (N) за ляв крак. Дискусия: Най-честите травми във футбола са мускулните разтежения, като най-често засяганата мускулатура е ишиокруралната. Множество рискови фактори определят настъпването на този травматизъм. Един от основните и най-изследвани такива е ексцентричната сила на ишиокруралната мускулатура. Заключение: Надеждността на метода позволява прилагането му като средство за оценка на ексцентричната сила на ишиокруралната мускулатура. Регистрирайки отклоненията от референтните стойности и асиметрията в ексцентричната сила на ишиокруралната мускулатура между двата крака, уредът може успешно да се използва за превенция и функционална диагностика, както и като инструмент за скрининг при възстановяване след травма. Освен това, тъй като системата генерира данни в реално време, тя може да се използва и за биофийдбек като част от тренировъчни и рехабилитационни програми.
