Abstract: Objective: The study aims to determine the degree of motor activity of 11th-grade students by diagnosing their speed and endurance during the Physical Education and Sport classes. Methods: An object of the research is the methods and means that are applied to develop the speed-motor abilities of the students when running 30 m and 200 m. The object is the degree of development of motor qualities - indicators of speed endurance when running 30 m and 200 m depending on body mass. The research contingent comprises 26 students from the 11th grade of a Metropolitan High School in Sofia, Bulgaria, who are only girls aged 17-18. Results: The general state of health of the studied contingent was established based on the conducted studies focused on motor improvement and biomechanical development. The diagnostics conducted and the analysis of the results show that at this stage of age development trends are established for sustainable development in the biodynamics of the speed, strength, and endurance indicators. Discussion: Good results can be achieved through a differentiated approach, emphasizing consistency and correctness in applying practical knowledge that could be further developed at a higher motor level. Conclusion: Active sports motivate the educational process to achieve good results in Physical Education and Sports classes, which also affect participants' general health.
