Modified agility control and change of direction tests for 12-14 year old squash athletes
B. Zlatev
Abstract: Squash is becoming an increasingly popular sport for children because of its dynamism and effect on health. Undoubtedly, to achieve good results, we must have good-quality on agility. Our research was conducted with 18 people aged 12-14 years.
The study aims to present standardized and modern modified tests to improve the control process of motor quality agility and change of direction in 12-14-year-old boys training squash.
The results gave us the reason to create normative tables to assess the level of agility and change of direction in 12-14-year-old boys training squash, which are extremely important for this sport. It is important to note that the studies were done with precise and new measurement equipment, which further motivated the subjects. We believe that the above tests are a good example of control of agility and change of direction in adolescent squash athletes.
