A Two-Layered Model of Blood Flow for Stenosed Artery along with the Peripheral Layer
S. Kumar, S. Kumar, D. Kumar, A. Kumar
Abstract: The Present investigation deals with the two-layered mathematical model of blood flow for a stenosed artery in the presence of peripheral layer, provided with a cosine shaped construction. The model consists of peripheral plasma layer free from red cells and a core region. The geometry of the interface between the plasma layer and the core region has been determined and the result obtained in the analysis have been evaluated numerically and discussed briefly. The significance of the present model over the existing models has been pointed out by comparing the results numerical.
