Generalized mathematical model and simulation of tumor processes in immunotherapy and chemotherapy

Abstract: Generalized mathematical model of tumor processes in immunotherapy and chemotherapy is proposed as a nonlinear system of ordinary differential equations. Based on clinical data of tumor processes a numerical simulation is carried out. As a result of the simulation values of the parameters in the model are obtained at which the experimental clinical data are closest to the theoretical results.
