Simulation of primary immune response of tumor cells growth

Abstract: A mathematical model at tumor growth is proposed as nonlinear system of ordinary differential equations and quantitative analysis of the dynamic systems is used. Based on clinical data for the cell immune response at tumor growth, a numerical simulation is carried out. As a result of the simulation, the optimal values of the parameters of the model are obtained for which the experimental clinical data are maximal near to the theoretical results.
