Generalized mathematical models and simulation of tumor and immune processes

Abstract: In this paper, three generalized models for different biological processes are proposed: first - model of tumor process in viral hepatitis B; second - model of HIV-1 process at primary immune pesponse; and third - model of tumor process in immunotherapy and chemotherapy. For the different models, simulation is carried out and such values of the parameters in the models are obtained at which the experimental clinical data are nearest to the theoretical results.
