Comparative Analysis оf the Technical Actions of Female University Students Practicing Football
G. Ignatov
Abstract: The study aims to improve the technical skills of female university students to work with both legs in the process of football training in the profiled learning groups. The study covered two football profiled groups (both of sixteen students), one from University “St. Kliment Ohridski” of Sofia (experimental group), and one from the University of Architecture, Construction and Geodesy of Sofia (control group). The technical level of the groups we monitored through five indicators in the 2018/2019 academic year. The two groups conducted their activities according to the teachers’ preliminary programs. During the work with the experimental group, various exercises and games were inserted in each activity (for 15-20 minutes) to absorb and improve the different football technical skills. Based on research results, we found that the formation and improvement of the technical football skills of the students depend on the leading (comfortable) limb – left or right and that with improving the level of football technique the asymmetry of technical actions between the two legs reduced.
