Abstract: Hemorheological and microcirculatory disorders play an important role in the pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases (CVD). On the other hand, it is known that impairment of the oxygen transport efficiency in the microcirculation system is one of the significant pathogenesis factors of the diseases development, and the exact effecting on the cause of the oxygen transport disturbances in large part determines the effectiveness of treatment. The purpose of this work is identification of indicators characterizing the state of the microcirculation system and the blood rheological properties and having the most significant impact on the character of oxygen transport. In this study, various models, reflecting the relationship between the parameters of oxygen transport system and parameters of hemorheology and microcirculation, were built. Based on the results of the work of these models, the most important signs of hemorheology and microcirculation, influencing on the transport of oxygen, were identified.
