International Conference Biomechanics Days-2018 of the Bulgarian Society of Biomechanics

Abstract: The 4thInternational Conference Biomechanics Days-2018 of the Bulgarian Society of Biomechanics (BSB) was heldfrom the 31th October to the 2th of November 2018 in Sofia, Bulgaria. The co-organizers of the Conference were: the Institute of Mechanics, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, the University of Reims (GRESPI), France, Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, Universidade do Estácio do Rio de Janeiro and Perm National Research Polytechnic University, Russia. The aim of the conference was to continue the traditions of the Institute of Mechanicsat the BulgarianAcademy of Sciencesand the Bulgarian Society of Biomechenics (BSB) in organizing local and international conferencesand to present an opportunity to the Biomechanics community to exchange new ideas and experiences.The Conference wasin commemoration of 10 years since Professor Yuli Toshev’death - establisher of the BSB.
