The reasons of studying of the critical organs microcirculatory network in oncological patients receiving radiotherapy

Abstract: The problem of the emergence of late radiation damage of healthy organs during the tumor’s irradiation is very important in modern radiotherapy. In this article the shortcomings of the existing methods for assessment of the risk of development of radiation damage in cancer patientsare considered. Nowadays it is known that the main reason of occurrence of radiation ulcers and necrosis are the pathological process in organs’ microcirculatory system. The overview of modern methods for studying of organs’ microcirculatory networkis provided.
