Резюме: Nowadays modelling of microcirculatory system with using modern mathematical methods is the important part of progress of the investigations in this field. Objective: The purpose of this work is to assess the characteristics of oxygen transfer and to establish the main types of oxygen transfer parameters complexes in middle-aged healthy men and patients with ischemic heart disease. Materials and methods: 115 patients with ischemic heart disease and 52 practically healthy men were observed. The kinetics of oxygen transfer was studied by the polarographic method with the Clarke cutaneous electrode using the TCM2 oxygen monitor (Radiometer, Denmark) under conditions of occlusive test. Results: As input signs, parameters of microcirculation and hemorheology, lipid metabolism, age are used. At the output, the model predicts the presence or absence of oxygen transfer disorders of a certain type. In this work four defined types of oxygen transfer parameters complexes in middle-aged men with and without ischemic heart disease are presented. Discussion: The results obtained demonstrated the opportunity of using the method not only for diagnostics state of oxygen transfer in microcirculation system, but for identification of microcirculatory reserve. Conclusion: Identification of the main types of oxygen transfer to tissue allows us to create an expert system as a basis for development programs, which means using artificial intelligence for predicting the functional state of the microcirculation system in various types of cardiovascular pathology.
