Резюме: Objective: The study aimed to assess the functional profile and establish the microcirculatory status by evaluation of the baseline biomarkers and changes in skin temperature during the local heating test, parameters measured in healthy subjects and students after physical exercise. Materials and methods: We examined blood pressure and applied the local heating tests to investigate the health of the microvascular system and the body's ability to adapt to environmental stressors. Results: The results indicate that while most individuals exhibit optimal microcirculatory parameters, lifestyle factors such as body mass index (BMI) and hydration status also play a significant role. Participants with higher BMI values showed slight increases in blood pressure. Discussion: Endothelial function is more stable in women, suggesting a potential protective role of hormonal or behavioral influences. Conclusion: The data indicate a need for proactive monitoring and health promotion, even in a young population. By identifying early deviations from the physiological norm, this study supports the prevention of long-term cardiovascular risk.
