The realization efficiency of explosive power in judo
N. Dimitrova

Резюме: Objective: For the aim of this study, we set ourselves the task of obtaining a quantitative assessment based on the implementation efficiency of explosive force in a separate sports-technical action. Materials and methods: As an assessment of explosive force, we used the vertical jump test on a dynamograph platform. The object of the study were 32 judo competitors with different sports and technical skills. The methodology involves revealing the relationship between the test results for the explosive force of the lower extremities and the degree of its implementation in the conditions of the specific task. Results: It becomes clear that success is largely determined by the explosive force achieved. It is striking that in general the impulse of force (respectively the sports result) is preserved despite the obvious differences in both the development of the force and the temporal structures. Discussion: The sought quantitative assessment should be contained in the percentage ratio between these two quantitative values of explosiveness. In other words, to a large extent, one can speak of the invariance of determining integral biomechanical characteristics (amount of movement, work, etc.) regardless of the variability of their instantaneous values and the nature of the analytical functions describing them. Conclusion: Since the technical execution of throwing techniques in Judo takes place within about one second, the sensory mechanism for controlling the motor apparatus is of exceptional importance. Here lie specific opportunities for individual improvement of sports technique.
