Model of bottle feeding and rheological properties of baby food
M. Shmurak, V. Tverier
Резюме: The first load of the maxillofacial region is the feeding. This is the basis for all other functions involving the masticatory apparatus, such as breathing, chewing and swallowing. It is known that breastfeeding and artificial feeding are different in terms of loading. Feeding infants is a complex nonstationary biomechanical process. Model of bottle feeding is presented in the paper to link it closer to breastfeeding. Various foods, such as milk, juice, mixture or kefir were used for bottle feeding. The type of baby food fluid is an important factor for the characteristics of the flow. The rheological properties of some infant foods were studied. It was determined that breast milk and mixture Newtonian fluids, but kefir and juice with pulp behave like non Newtonian fluids. The data were used in the computation model.
